Carnarvon's Curiosity - Original mixed media on paper 24 x 32cm

Set in the grounds of Highclere castle (or Downton Abbey as we like to know it) Evangelina learns that the book she has been given has led her here because it belongs to the collection of over 5000 artefacts that were recovered in the excavation of Tutankhamun's tomb and this collection resides in the basement of the castle. When she is not being watched, she goes to explore the vaults of the basement under the castle and leaves the Gatsby gold clad party goers to their cocktails.

This piece will arrive in a flat box ready for you to choose the frame and mount of your choice.
