What Is Creative Visualisation?
Have you tried meditation but find that your mind does not stop thinking. You think you are doing it wrong, that somehow you don't have the skill and then give up?
You are not alone. I speak to lots of people who are looking to get the benefits of meditation and mindfulness but have just not found the right way to achieve it. I struggled myself and it is why I created my unique formula that helps people to overcome the mind chatter and get the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
From top athletes to successful entrepreneurs, visualising a desired outcome helps to train the brain to bring things forward into reality.
It works by giving the mind something practical to occupy it (mindfulness) and then a guide to draw your focus on to how the elements in the drawing feel, smell, taste etc. This sharpens your creative visualisation skills.
Since the brain does not know the difference between visualising something in detail and actually doing it, it's a great way to manifest things.
