Escape the Mundane

Astral projection, is a term used in esotericism to describe an intentional out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of a soul called an "astral body”. This is separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it throughout the universe.

If I were to master this practice I would most surely use it to travel to magical places for artistic inspiration. Where would you go?

There are multiple teachers who have covered the technique of Astral Projection. The simplest one I saw recently was from Jade Shaw.

The discovery of the energy underlying telepathic communication will be equivalent to the discovery of atomic energy.

You cannot then undiscover these things so there is a massive ethical and moral obligation for those that know on how to make sure that it does not get used inappropriately (define this as you will).

I have got numerous books on these most obscure subjects and `I promise myself that I will read all from cover to cover. Life however, often gets in the way of reading to such depth.

But I did alIow my mind to wander today onto move intellectual subjects as I was weeding the garden in between showers. They feel like real magic to me.

I love to incorporate a little magic into each of my paintings.

The CIA article goes on to talk about "force-matter" and how organic matter could be converted into a kind of ectoplasm. "It seems reasonable to assume that if a physical object could be converted, it could travel through space".

I pondered on this as a bee flew past my head.
